This luxurious bag decoration is a very detailed replica of the 9th-10th century original excavated in Karos-Eperjesszög (Hungary). This decorative plate completely covers de front of the bag, a style that was practised all over Europe around the 10th century.
The original is nowadays part of the collection of the National Museum in Budapest.

This bag fitting is made of brass and silvered brass. It measures 12,8 x 13,6 cm. With leather a new bag can be made on the back of the fitting, but of course the fitting can also be fastened to an existing bag.

Maintenance & care
Just as with weaponry, you can care for your shoes and leatherware by applying a little Ballistol after cleaning. This prevents the leather from drying out.

3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: these have a plastic inner layer. Remove these, then separate your paper and plastic.
